Fume hood vav venturi valve control solution

Single way Fume hood variable air volume venturi valve control (Figure A+B+C, surface wind speed control, basic protection):

1. SM6 wind speed sensor is used to measure the wind speed of the Fume hood in real time and feedback control the exhaust valve of the fume hood

2. To keep the wind speed on the ventilation cabinet constant, and the system response time<3 seconds

Dual way Fume hood variable air volume venturi valve control (Figure A+B+C+D, surface wind speed+displacement control, double protection is more efficient):

1. Adopting SM6 face wind speed sensor and SM2 displacement sensor, simultaneously detecting the displacement of the adjustment window and real-time face wind speed

2. Rapid response control through displacement measurement within<1 second

3. Adjust the high-precision pressure independent Venturi valve to the preset exhaust air volume position

4. After the regulating window is stable (Boost Duration can be set, such as 3 seconds), switch to the surface wind speed control to effectively deal with the turbulence of the Fume hood and maintain the leakage rate of the Fume hood

5. System response time<1 second

Adaptive Fume hood variable air volume venturi valve control (Figure A+B+C+D+E, surface wind speed control+displacement control+area control, triple protection, high efficiency and energy saving):

1. SM10 regional status sensor is used to detect whether there is an operator in front of the Fume hood

2. When there is no operator in front of the Fume hood, reduce the surface wind speed setting of the fume hood to 0.3m/s. Once someone is detected to enter, quickly adjust the surface wind speed to 0.5m/s.
