In order to help new employees adapt to the new environment as soon as
possible and quickly integrate into Pyle's family. On the morning of July 13th,
the Administration Department organized a "July New Employee Symposium". The
meeting was chaired by Manager Xun, and attended by General Manager Zhou,
General Manager He, relevant department heads, and 8 new employees who joined in
July.


At the beginning of the meeting, Manager Xun introduced the basic business
and organizational structure of the company. Subsequently, the new employees
introduced themselves one by one and shared their insights since joining the
company. Everyone expressed their willingness to go all out in their future
work, fearless of difficulties, and courageously move forward.
Mr. Zhou and Mr. He delivered speeches respectively, expressing deep
greetings to the new employees and hoping that they would consider Pail as their
home.
At the end, department heads held a licensing ceremony for the new employees,
and the entire event reached its climax.


This symposium provides close communication opportunities for new employees
and leaders, enhances mutual understanding, stimulates new employees' work
enthusiasm, and enhances team cohesion.
