On May 28th, Yixing City launched the construction of a fast food safety testing network system. After the completion of the system, it will form a fast food safety detection network covering Yixing City, providing important technical support for the food safety supervision of Yixing City. The fast food safety inspection network system is composed of one center, one platform, one network, and one vehicle, namely, the city level fast food inspection center, the city wide Network monitoring platform for fast food inspection, and the fast inspection laboratory network composed of town (park, street) level food safety supervision institutions, Farmers'market (including wholesale markets for edible agricultural products, the same below), shopping malls, supermarkets, and distribution centers for edible agricultural products, And fast food flow inspection vehicles. According to the relevant deployment, by the end of 2019, Yixing City will have built a municipal food safety quick inspection center laboratory that meets the standard requirements, 17 town (park, street) level food safety regulatory agency quick inspection laboratories, 50 Farmers'market quick inspection laboratories, 16 food agricultural products distribution center quick inspection laboratories, and 22 large supermarket quick inspection laboratories.

Various types of rapid inspection laboratories need to be equipped with professional equipment and supporting facilities such as electronic sampling, rapid testing, and video surveillance. For edible agricultural products that cannot provide proof of origin, purchase vouchers, and qualification certificates, they should undergo inspection and testing. Only after passing the inspection can they enter the market for sale; For edible agricultural products with relevant proof of origin, regular or irregular sampling testing is conducted, mainly to monitor pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, illegal additives, harmful heavy metals, and other pollutant residues.
